The system is composed of a gantry robot walkingmechanism and a heavy-duty horizontal rotation positioner, which can realize automatic welding of the inner and outer cylinders of the gas turbine.

Product advantages:

The bases of the positioner androbot are all designed with CAD-assisted. Stress analysis and computer simulationare performed for each key part and main motion coordination. Using advanced processing

technology, parts of the base and frame are annealed to provide guarantee for the whole machine.

Process flow:

Manual welding unwelded gear→ transport the workpiece to the pisitioner→operator clamp the unwelded workpieces manually→ robot welding the workpiece (the positioner flip) →finish welding the workpiece →robot resetunload the workpiece and end the welding manually assembly the next workpiece.
